Dear Colleagues,

Please accept this as your invitation to the 11th Annual Berkner TFA Tournament on December 11-12, 2020 as we attempt to GO VIRTUAL! All events will use NSDA Campus as the platform for the tournament.

We will offer the following events: Varsity CX, Novice CX, PFD, Novice PFD, Varsity LD , Novice LD, World's School Debate, Foreign Extemp, Domestic Extemp, Novice Extemp,Oratory, Humorous Interp, Dramatic Interp, POI, Prose Interp, Informative, Poetry Interp, Duo Interp, Duet Acting and Student Congress.

All debate events will be administered during the tournament through tabroom.com. Registration will also be through this website. All IE’s will be asynchronous except for extemporaneous speaking. We do not accept independent entries. A coach or adult must enter, attend, and supervise the students from their school. Included with this invitation is a tentative schedule and general participatory rules.

Please note that to ensure competitive judging quality no entries will be accepted after Tuesday, December 1st , 2020 .

Deadline for changes 4 p.m. Friday December 4th, 2020.

Keep in mind students will need to have their own tabroom account created and linked to the school/institution they attend and an email address attached/linked to their account.

Please use campus.speechanddebate.org to test both the practice space and the competition space before Saturday. If you have issues, let me know ASAP.
